Christmas Wishes Come True for Williams Lake couple
Kamloops, December 28, 2006 – Chad and Wendy Lenny's Christmas wishes came true this year after their Set For Life ticket won $50,000.
Chad purchased a few scratch and win stocking stuffers for Christmas morning. His wife, Wendy, pulled the tickets out and set them aside. "I saw the three $50,000's but kind of sat there for a few seconds before calling Chad over to have a look."
Chad added, "We were both in shock."
"I giggled on and off all day long!" added Wendy.
The lucky couple plan to use their windfall to pay off some debts.
The winning ticket was purchased at Stampeder Town Pantry #1080 on Highway 97 in Williams Lake, B.C.
