Set For Life winner to hit the high seas

Richmond, B.C., June 18, 2009 – A 38-year-old Burnaby man is now "Set For Life" after winning the top prize on BCLC's Set For Life instant Scratch & Win ticket.

"Shock and disbelief" is how computer analyst Stewart McKay describes his reaction to matching three winning symbols on his Set For Life ticket, earning him the top prize of $1000 each week for 25 years.

"I didn't get any sleep, because I stayed up all night reading the ticket to make sure I wasn't seeing things."

After catching up on his zzzz's, the boating enthusiast plans to use his windfall to buy a new boat, just in time for summer!

Stewart's winning ticket was purchased at Shoppers Drug Mart in Kensington Plaza on E. Hastings St. in Burnaby.
