Players, who are 19 years of age or older and have appropriate identification, can fill out an application for a free B.C. Gold Player Card. Applications are available at B.C. casinos.
The B.C. Gold Player Card can be inserted into most slot machines. When inserted, points are awarded to the card based on credits played. For every $1 wagered while the card is inserted, a player will receive one point. Two hundred points earns you $1 cash back. - How do I get cash for points?
Redemption of points can occur once you have accumulated 1,000 points (equal to $5 in cash back) on your card. Present your B.C. Gold Player Card and acceptable picture identification to the cash cage and tell the cashier how many points you would like to redeem. Points must be redeemed in multiples of 100.
- Do points expire? How long do I have to redeem points?
If a B.C. Gold Player Card has not been used in 12 months, the points on the card will expire.
- Are there other benefits to becoming a B.C. Gold member?
B.C. Gold membership entitles you to receive newsletters about upcoming events and promotions. You are also entitled to participate in special events and promotions designed exclusively for B.C. Gold members.
- Do I have to renew my card if it hasn’t been used in 12 months? Or do I have to apply for a new membership account.
The membership card will not expire after 12 months of inactivity, only the points. Therefore, you do not have to apply for a new membership account.
- If I lose my card, how do I obtain a new one?
If you lose your card, you can obtain a new card through Casino Guest Services. You must present valid picture identification.
